Graduation...Finally!!

I finally did it!  I completed my MBA with a concentration in Management from the University of North Alabama, and trust me, there was a HUGE celebration last weekend.  I remember years ago, wondering if I really had it in me to obtain a graduate degree.  I remember feeling so overwhelmed by just the thought of what would be required to complete an MBA.  A little over two years ago, I just decided to go for it (with the encouragement of my husband, of course).  I decided that it definitely was worth a try.  Fast forward about two years, and here I am with degree in hand, still glowing from an enormous goal finally achieved.

**Special Thank You to Shannon Wells, for the excellent photos taken during the graduation Ceremony!

Our University President, announcing that we are officially GRADUATES!

Proudly walking up to receive my hard-earned Diploma.

I'll take that, thank you.

Thanking Dr. Gatlin, Dean of the College of Business.  Academically, he was one of the first to believe in me, and really made it clear that we, as students, had the ability to accomplish what we put our mind to, with hard work and dedication.  He told me very early in my college career that he would make a business major out of me.  At the time, I thought that was a ridiculous idea, but look at me now!  Marketing Bachelors, Management MBA...I guess he was right. - Thanks Dr. Gatlin
